Welcome at airport and private transfer to Hotel Buena Vista. This is a nice hotel surrounded by coffee plantations on the flanks of the Poas Volcano with great views on the Central Valley.
Texto: en route to Boca Tapada you can enjoy the hummingbird activity at the feeders and the waterfall scenery at La Paz. In Laguna de Lagarto Lodge you will have access to exclusive bird feeders with toucans, parrots, tanagers, Oropendolas and the unique King Vulture Hide.

Texto: Cerro Lodge offers good photography of Scarlet Macaw. 2 private boattours on Tarcoles River is highly productive and fantastic photography of aquatic birds. We will also hook you up with a local photographer in Orotina to look for day owls and tropical dry forest species.
At Hotel Gemas del Bosque your host is a local bird photographer who will assist you in a photography tour focusing on Resplendent Quetzal and other highland birds. Bird feeders at the lodge offer great photography and a private multi-flash hummingbird shoot will be offered.
Hotel Bougainvillea is your final hotel: it offers a comfortable stay and access to a large botanical garden full of colorful flowers, butterflies and birds. A great place to spot the beautiful Lesson’s Motmot. On day 14 you will be transferred to the airport.
